Understanding the role and the value of independent bottlers is an important part of appreciating a true single malt. Finding casks that are not due for high-volume mainstream release is the first step in discovering magic. Instead of using these casks for blends, great effort is taken to bottle the whiskies as naturally as possible, often with very limited quantities and with each bottle being individually numbered. The marketing of such fine treasures is often selective.

For Yossi, becoming an independent bottler gave him all the right reasons to find that perfect, limited, single malt whisky, and to share it selectively with friends and connoisseurs. Following the Glencadam, the Bowmore and Bunnahabhain have joined the Single & Single Expressions.
